Start caring about your dreams and you’ll certainly remember them. Write them down as soon as you wake up, without thinking about anything else, but concentrating your attention only on your dreams. If you don’t have time to write them as soon as you get up, try to keep them in your memory and write them down the soonest possible.Keep your dream collection in a file or a notebook. You must write them down, because you have to compare one dream to another in order to understand the general message of the wise unconscious mind that produces your dreams.
Following the dream psychotherapy you’ll overcome your absurd tendency to mutilate yourself because the meaning of your dreams will reveal to you everything that is happening inside you, in your psyche.
How can this happen?
Now that I continued the research of Carl Jung discovering much more and simplifying his complicated method of dream interpretation, transforming it into a simple translation from images to words that you can easily understand, everything is very simple.
You have no idea about how lucky you are because I studied so much for so many years and I have cured so many people by translating their dreams and providing them psychotherapy in order to be able to give you this solution today!
At least you have my work helping you, besides your depression and your unbearable problems…
I was even thinking about offering my free dream translation to the public. Would you agree on relating your dreams regularly, anonymously of course, but giving me a few details about your biography? I could publish them here.
This is a lot of work for me, because the translation from the dream language to English is like the translation from Spanish to English for example, it’s not something so simple…
But I can instantly translate your dreams if you’ll agree with the public dream therapy, and your example will help other people that have the same problem see how the dream translation must be used.
You simply learn the language of the unconscious mind and start understanding what it says.
If you speak a foreign language you know somehow how you feel when you can understand what someone else is saying in a different language. When you are able to understand the dream language, you’ll be able to follow the dream therapy with ease. The unconscious mind is a doctor and will cure you without a doubt.
For example, you may see a very common dream at the beginning of your psychotherapy: you have to go to school and study something, but you delay to go there or you never manage to enter in the class.
This means that you are not really willing to study the meaning of your dreams. Each time you see yourself going to school or in a classroom this means that you are studying the content existent in your psyche through dream translation.
Now, how can the information you had in this dream that you translated help you?
It can help you insist on studying, until you start really learning and feeling better.
In the beginning you won’t feel better. On the contrary, you won’t like the dream messages, because the unconscious mind will show you all your mistakes. However, this is indispensable, because if you are being foolish and doing things that are bad for you, you must stop doing them and change your attitude.
Self-mutilation is one example of what is very bad for you, but you do that without understanding that you are being a victim of your primitive wild side, which dominates you each time you are violent and you do something absurd.
If you see in a dream that you never manage to enter into the classroom and you injure your body, this is a warning: you have to take dream therapy very seriously and learn how to get rid of the absurd tendency of self-abuse.
The unconscious mind will criticize your actions and your attitude in your dreams, explaining to you in which points you are wrong because you are being influenced by your wild side, or by other people, and show you how you can correct your mistakes and be always wise, so that you may be happy and live always learning more, building, creating, thinking, feeling, and helping the others.
